About me

I am Pascal Margarita, a hypnotherapist with more than 20 international specialized hypnotherapy certifications. I am French, but have been based in Mexico City for over 40 years.

I have dedicated my career to discovering how hypnosis can be used to overcome negative and limiting beliefs and emotions quickly, effectively and permanently to help you take back control of your life and well-being. 

I am certified in hypnosis and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) by some of the most reputable associations in the field:
